Angela Katz

Executive Director – LARC Inc.

Angela has been part of the LARC family since 2016 and has led the organization as Executive Director since 2021, driving growth, innovation, and impact across our community. With a strong background in fundraising and development, she is deeply passionate about creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities to live, work, and thrive.

During her time at LARC, she has launched impactful programs like Learn, Achieve, Become (LAB), built strong community partnerships, and most recently led the opening of a state-of-the-art Culinary Training Kitchen. She also successfully negotiated the acquisition of LARC’s campus—securing its future after decades of leasing—and obtained a $5.7 million grant to support a major expansion.

Angela holds a certification in fundraising management from Indiana University and has spent her career building meaningful connections that fuel mission-driven work.

She is married to her husband, Lenny, and is a proud mom of three and grandmother to three. When she’s not at LARC, you can often find her enjoying the outdoors and camping with her family.
