They assess and treat children believed to have been physically or sexually abused or to be at-risk of such abuse and provide a safe place for them to come and be heard. CAC offers abuse determination services, therapeutic counseling, parenting education, and prevention programs in Lee, Hendry, Glades, and Charlotte Counties. He served in Headquarters, US Central Command in the joint force command center for General Norman Schwarzkopf during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.  After retiring from active duty, Gary served as the officer in charge of the Junior ROTC program for the School District of Lee County.
