Mr. Sawczyn joined the bank in 2014 and assists clients with financial and estate planning\, and administers investment\, trust\, and estate accounts. He serves on the following bank committees: Account Acceptance\, Discretionary Request\, and Real Estate/Unique Assets. \nPrior to FineMark\, Mr. Sawczyn was a commercial litigator and creditor’s rights attorney in Tampa\, Florida and Denver\, Colorado. \nMr. Sawczyn is a Florida native and earned a bachelor’s degree in Marine Affairs from the University of Miami and Juris Doctor and MBA from the University of Florida. \nMr. Sawczyn is the president of the Project Dentists Care Foundation which supports Project Dentists Care of Southwest Florida\, a dental clinic that provides basic dental services to patients making below two hundred percent of the poverty level. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Fort Myers South and its current grants chair. He volunteers in the confirmation program at St. John XXIII Catholic Church. She was born and raised in Lithuania\, where she earned her pharmacy license\, and later moved to the United States. In 2018\, she became a registered pharmacist in the U.S. and also holds a pharmacist consultant license. She has worked in the pharmacy field for over 10 years and truly enjoys helping people better understand their health. \nMoving to the U.S. with limited English was not easy\, but Aiste built her career through hard work\, resilience\, and a strong desire to help others. In Lithuania\, pharmacists are trained to study plants and medications as equals\, so when she came to the U.S.\, she was surprised by how often healthcare focuses on covering symptoms instead of looking for the root cause. That experience shaped her passion for education\, prevention\, and empowering people to take an active role in their health. \nOutside of her work\, Aiste enjoys staying active. She played volleyball at a high level and was part of the Lithuanian national team—an experience that shaped her values of discipline\, teamwork\, and perseverance\, which she carries into her work and community involvement today. \nAs a mother to a young son\, Aiste is deeply motivated to help create a healthier future for the next generation. Her grandmother’s experience with the disease deepened her commitment to the field\, and she went on to run a memory care in an assisted living community. Christine has dedicated most of her career to nonprofit work and holds a master’s degree in Social Impact.
