He takes pride in maintaining a clear focus on the company’s business goals while developing a world-class Management Team. Michael loves the challenges of guiding Radco Industries through the myriad of complexities in today’s business and manufacturing environment and is proud of Radco’s achievements that include awards from the U.S. Defense Department and Industry. \nMichael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Tufts University (Medford\, MA) with an emphasis in organic chemistry and experimental design.  Michael has enjoyed the opportunities to apply cutting-edge business theories and a science-based approach to the operations of a mid-size lubricant manufacturing company. Radco Industries’ rise as a global leader in the lubricant and heat transfer fluid marketplace speaks to his skills and accomplishments. \nMichael is actively involved in Industry and Community organizations. He is currently serving on the Executive Committees of both the Independent Lubricant Manufacturing Association (ILMA)\, where he served as President from 2021-2022\, and the Independent Lubricant Manufacturing Association’s (ILMA) Foundation Board.  He is also active in the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE)\, and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). With a strong background in fundraising and development\, she is deeply passionate about creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities to live\, work\, and thrive. \nDuring her time at LARC\, she has launched impactful programs like Learn\, Achieve\, Become (LAB)\, built strong community partnerships\, and most recently led the opening of a state-of-the-art Culinary Training Kitchen. She also successfully negotiated the acquisition of LARC’s campus—securing its future after decades of leasing—and obtained a $5.7 million grant to support a major expansion. \nAngela holds a certification in fundraising management from Indiana University and has spent her career building meaningful connections that fuel mission-driven work. \nShe is married to her husband\, Lenny\, and is a proud mom of three and grandmother to three. DESCRIPTION:Featured Speakers for October 28th Meeting:Namphet\nRotary Exchange Student\nJoin us this Wednesday as we welcome Sasirin Jinnam-Olan (who goes by the nickname Namphet)\, a 16-year-old Rotary Youth Exchange Student from Udonthani\, Thailand. Namphet recently completed the 10th grade and is the oldest of three siblings. She enjoys ballet\, which she has been practicing for the past five years\, and this is her first trip outside of Asia. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNamphet recently attended RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards)\, where she enjoyed participating in activities and making new friends. She will reflect on her exchange journey\, share her experiences in the United States\, and offer her unique perspective on the impact of the Rotary Youth Exchange program.
