He holds a Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law. He also earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts from Stetson University\, where he served as president of the Student Government Association. Senator Martin’s career in public service began as an Assistant State Attorney in the 20th Judicial Circuit\, serving in Hendry County from 2008 to 2009\, Glades County from 2009 to 2012\, and Lee County from 2012 to 2014.
