DESCRIPTION:Featured Speaker for March 25th Meeting:Tim Hardy\nBarbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall\nTim Hardy is currently Director of Marketing at the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall\, a position he has held since August of 2024. \nOriginally from Peoria\, Illinois\, Mr. Hardy is a 1988 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Master’s Program at the College of Advertising and Journalism at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. \nHis career in the advertising industry began in August of 1988 in Fort Myers with his first position as Media Director at Firestone & Cimring Advertising; he was promoted to Vice President in 1990. \nSubsequent positions include General Sales Manager for the Interconnect of cable companies formerly known as “Southwest Florida Cable Advertising” (currently Comcast); General Sales Manager for Beasley Broadcasting\, WFTX-TV FOX4\, Media Director at Priority Marketing\, and Vice President of Sales at iHeart Media. \nMr. Hardy has been involved in the Southwest Florida community for decades with highlights of service work for the Boys & Girls Club of SWFL\, is a 2023 recipient of the Advertising Federation of Southwest Florida’s Silver Medal Award for lifetime service to the SWFL advertising culture\, and is a past member of the advertising advisory board of HGTV and Food Networks. \nTim’s hobbies include cars and anything Ford Mustang\, and enjoys spending his free time with his friends and family\, and son Blake. \nWEEKLY SUNRISE MEETING\nJoin us on Wednesday at the DoubleTree by Hilton at Bell Tower Shops\n13051 Bell Tower Drive\, FL\, 33907\nLET US KNOW YOU ARE ATTENDING\nCan’t Make it?\nJoin our Zoom Meeting – 2 Ways to Join\nONEClick on the link to our ZOOM ROOM below.
