She has deep ties and roots to this local community and is married to her best friend and Fort Myers firefighter/EMT\, Tanner Hass. They have three beautiful children and are actively involved at Christian Life Fellowship Church. \nKacie is the founder of the nonprofit Hearten Inc. which merged with Foster Village SWFL in June 2024. The heart of Hearten\, and of Kacie\, is to recognize and celebrate the inherent worth of every child no matter their circumstances. She believes in standing in the gap for our vulnerable community members\, providing support and spreading joy during times of hardship. Kacie is a natural fit at Foster Village and believes each of us possess unique talents and gifts that can be used to assist others. \nThe mission of Foster Village SWFL is to come alongside children and families in the child welfare system and show them that they are not alone. Their goal is to create opportunities for the community to be a village of support to these vulnerable and under-served children and families. \nKacie oversees all programs and operations at Foster Village SWFL\, implementing processes and procedures that make our organization what it is.
