Prior to entering the real estate industry\, he was the Director of Business Development for an aviation company. Managing international clients from across the world (including Dubai\, Brazil\, Ireland\, Germany and Canada)\, Damon’s extensive sales and management background have given him the necessary skills to be a successful real estate professional\, as well as earning him valuable connections abroad. \nIn his first year in real estate\, he was awarded the “Rookie of the Year” designation\, which is given to the number one new sales agent in the nation. Since 2013\, Damon has consistently earned top sales awards with Coldwell Banker. In 2023\, he made Real Producers 40 Under 40. Since forming The Vetere Team in 2020\, they have earned top accolades including Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite\, The Florida 100\, and Legends Society\, which recognizes outstanding sales performance by top-producing sales associates and teams. \nMarketing in real estate can never be a “set it and forget it” system.
