Sandra Worth

My Autism Connection, Inc.

Sandra Worth is the Founder and Executive Director of My Autism Connection (MAC), a nonprofit organization that equips adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder with social, career, and life skills to support greater independence. A Certified Autism Specialist, Sandra founded MAC in 2012 after recognizing the lack of resources for autistic adults transitioning from school into adulthood—an issue she experienced firsthand as the parent of a son with autism. Prior to her work in the nonprofit sector, she spent 20 years in healthcare as a radiographer. Through MAC, Sandra works to build community partnerships and expand opportunities for autistic adults to lead fulfilling lives.
