The Philosophy of Leadership & Management

Join us at this week’s Rotary meeting to hear featured speaker Bob Strommen share his insights on the philosophy of leadership and management. With a rich history in Naples, Bob has been visiting Naples since 1987 and SWFL since 1970. Recently, Bob served as the Managing Partner of Naples Pickleball Center (NPC) which was nominated for the 2022 Business of the Year in 2023. At NPC, he was fortunate to attract an exceptionally skilled and service-oriented staff dedicated to the community beyond pickleball. This commitment has extended to Naples JBB United.

While at NPC, Bob became the sole owner and the Founding Team of the NPL in its inaugural 2023 season. Currently, Bob focuses on developing Naples JBB United as a significant asset for the Naples, Collier, and Lee Country communities.
