Todd Chwatun

Regional Director – Castle Group

Todd Chwatun is a Regional Director for Castle Group, a Florida-based property management company specializing in luxury high-rise communities, large scale communities, self-managed communities, communities in development, and rental management. Prior to his current position, Todd spent many years managing large scale communities with resort-style amenities after he spent the first half of his career turning around distressed restaurants.

Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Western Michigan University and has earned the CMCA and AMS designations from the Community Association Institute (CAI). Volunteerism has been very important to Todd. He has served on several boards and committees to facilitate business growth in his community and has worked to provide resources for the food and housing challenged populations. Todd and his wife relocated to Naples, Florida from Michigan in 2020 and hopes to never shovel snow again.
